About me

My name is Ulrika, I'm originally from Sweden but have been living in Switzerland since 2002. I did my Yoga Teacher Training back in 2009, at Planet Yoga in Zurich, and I have been teaching yoga ever since, but only at work, so you will not have seen me at any other yoga studios.

My classes are usually pretty dynamic and mobility focused, cause that's just how I like them, and I like to play some nice music to go along with the movements. All levels are welcome! You do not need to have done yoga before, there are adjustments to be made for everyone, and for every body. And if all else fails, you can rest in child's pose for as long as you like ☺️
